What's your booking deposit?
25% non-refundable deposit holds the date. Balance is due 14 days before the event.
Do you cancel for weather?
For outdoor events only if conditions threaten gear safety. We carry a rain plan in the contract.
How fast do you respond?
Within 24 hours, every weekday. Weekends typically same-day if you message via Instagram.
Will you travel out of state?
Yes. We've played NC, GA, and the Gulf. Travel and lodging quoted upfront, no surprises.
